Come in Number 51 revisits the O.G. West Coast DIPA style. Mosaic and Simcoe hops provide big pine, marmalade and grapefruit flavours and aroma, whilst Azzacca hops provide clean, smooth, peachy, pithy flavours. A decent dosing of hops in the boil and measured water adjustment salts provide a clean and smooth bitterness that lasts throughout.
