Tasting Notes

Idaho 7. Production Manager Sam’s new favourite hop. We had our first dose of it last year in our TIPA with Deya. In this beer we’ve built a marble plinth for Idaho 7 to stand upon and shine in all its glory. A pyramid of juicy sun kissed Californian oranges stands tall, gloops of sticky resinous pine swell from their crevices whilst bright rays of sunshine beam from behind, cutting through viscous fluffy clouds shading their edges with gold.
