It’s triple fruited but not as you know it! High Windows is a 6% Fruited Sour (not a gose) pumped full of organic Blackberry and Raspberry puree! Cocoa powder post boil + the use of milk sugar infuses a smooth, chocolate aroma. We then recirculated the beer through cacao nibs to enhance the chocolate profile and bring through a nutty chocolate praline finish along with a big dose of oats in the grist to provide a crunchy, oat flavour. Think black forest compote on a toasted oat base, cream on top and sprinkled with chocolate shavings
