Tasting Notes
We took half of our Milk Stout, Quite Nights, designed to be packaged for cask and blended it with a Milk Stout brewed with more alcohol and a new malt grist. We boosted the amount of Chocolate Malt then added in Vienna and Crystal Malt, increasing the sweetness and adding some fudgy flavours. To bring us round to the Chocolate Milk Flavour we are all familiar with we added in Vanilla Paste. The result is a comforting hug in a can, perfect to cosy up with on the sofa at the end of the day.
