Dark beers from Buxton have sustained us through many a winter so it was an obvious style to collaborate on when we invited them to brew. This beer was brewed with a whole host of dark malts, a touch of muscovado and golden syrup, and is a real winter treat. Smokey, warming, and best enjoyed in front of a roaring fire.
