We were honoured to collaborate with UK brewing legends John Keeling and Guy Stewart, the past and present Head Brewers of Fullers, utilising their house yeast strain to create this crisp and refreshing Sparkling Ale. Keeping things simple, the malt grist combined Fawcett's traditionally floor-malted Golden Promise with Light Crystal to create the base to this cask and can exclusive. Within the whirlpool we added invert sugar, to boost the body, colour and gentle sweetness. Beautifully balanced with the combination of Olicana, Ernest and Goldings T45 hop pellets throughout the hot side of brewing this delicious Sparkling Ale. Vibrant notes of citrus, tropical fruits and floral tones zing from the soft carbonation, making this a quaffable and sessionable summer sipper.
