A return collab that has been far too long in the making! In May we hosted Sam, Simon and Jim from Gipsy Hill at the brewery to brew a Japanese twist on a TFG. This one is brewed with white peach, Jasmine flowers and sticky rice. This meant that Seb and Simon went on a craft version of Supermarket Sweep after their lunchtime beers! The Jasmine provides an aromatic twist, the peach lends sweetness, and the rice builds the body. Potentially the most refreshing of our TFGs yet...
