It was tricky knowing how to one-up last year's DIPA brewed in collaboration with Het Uiltje, so it only made sense to make it even bigger. We had an absolute hoot brewing this (pun intened!) with Robbert and the result was a 10% belter packed full of Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops. The owl is back.
