It’s DIPA time round two! This time we’ve hooked up with Hungary’s Mad Scientist, known for the outlandish flavour combinations and experimentation, we first brewed with Mad Scientist over at their place in 2019! Now, we’re playing at our house! The DIPA is filled with extra pale malt, heaps of naked oats and generous dose of wheat and has come out pillowy soft. Our house yeast has moved its way through those sugars and left behind loads of lovely fruity esters. Simply Hops have provided us with Australia’s latest hop offering, Eclipse, lacing the beer with loads of sweet and pulpy orange marmalade, bright citrus zest and prickly pine needles.
