Brewed in collaboration with our friends, Nanmen in Chengdu, we’ve cooked up a tasty and crushable No Coast IPA. Combining the sharpe piney and bitter aspects of a West Coast IPA and the highly juicy and fleshy tropical notes of an East Coast IPA, this No Coast IPA is dry hopped with New Zealand Kohatu, Nelson Sauvin and US Talus hops. The result is a plethora of crushed pine needles and sharp unripe pineapple jabbing with an opening bitterness. Soft, ripe and slightly tart gooseberry swarm the midst whilst Talus finishes with sweet and creamy coconut, vanilla and lime.
