Northern Bloc: Did we brew a beer or did we just melt a tank of Northern Bloc’s Raspberry and Rhubarb ice cream? We brewed a beer with the help of our friends at Northern Bloc! We worked closely with Northern Bloc’s technical chef, Manolo to combine our methods of making a Triple Fruited Sour and their methods of making delicious vegan ice cream. Made with forced rhubarb from the famed E.Oldroyd & Sons, located in the rhubarb triangle and organic raspberry purée, this beer is tart and juicy, thick and vegan friendly!
