Available only in cask, we've got together with our very very good friends at Thornbridge to bring you a luscious Dark Mild. Made up of predominantly Mild Ale Malt with Wheat, Dark Crystal, Medium Crystal, Brown and Chocolate malts along with added invert sugars, building bright and luxurious flavours of chewy toffee, roasted nuts and digestive biscuit with a delicate roasty backbone Flame-out additions of traditional English hops, East Kent Goldings and Ernest, bring together herbaceous and citrus aromas to compliment the smooth rich body with a quenching bitterness. Estery flavour of soft banana, bruised pear and ripe apricot are balanced with a light spice and bitterness. A true Dark Mild, sessionable, a little fruity, warming and refreshing.
