Yakima Chief, WA have played a huge part in pushing the boundaries of hop production; introducing new hop varieties and packaging them in innovative ways to ensure their quality is uncompromised. TRI2304CR is a new hop strain that is the result of Yakima Chief’s extensive research into polyfunctional thiols, a major component in modern hop aroma. Produced at Yakima Chief’s Cryo Hop facility, the focus of TRI2304CR is to create a single hop strain that produces mass amounts of intense juicy flavour. The malt base provides a sweetness and full mouthfeel that emphasise the hop profile.
