Brewed in collaboration with our friends, Yo Hustler in Changsha, we’ve created a rich and and aromatic 10% Imperial Stout. We laid out a robust grist consisting of Fawcett’s speciality Mild Ale malt as the base and reinforced with Chocolate and Brown malt and finished with Roasted Wheat making a smooth and decadent body. We added fresh peeled ginger to the boil and infused Tit Kun Yam Tea at flame out so as not to burn the tea. We finished the beer by recirculating it through toasted sesame and unsalted peanuts. The result is an Imperial Stout that sings a melody of vibrant and colourful flavours that journey through your senses with each sip.
