Precious Falling is an adaptation of our signature Triple Fruited Gose recipe. With the usual grist featuring additions of salt and lactose and lacto-fermentation. We’ve infused the beer with a large quantity of Honey Berry and Hibiscus flowers bringing a drying and jammy melody of tannin, blueberry, subtle vanilla, blackcurrant and a floral finish. Dewaxed lemon zest emphasises the sour notes, brings a clean and lasting sherbet finish. A smile and wave as we say farewell to the summer months and welcoming embrace to Autumn.
