Take Down Your Art is a Sour IPA made for slurping. Heavy on the oats and wheat for a slippery smoothness that rushes over your tastebuds. Kettle soured with Lallemand helveticus and fermented with Kveik Yeast for an intense citrus ZING and is dosed with El Dorado, Sabro + Citra on the dry hop. It’s sharp but rounded, it lashes pineapple, it’s jabs with lime zest, it’s dripping with passion fruit, it's clean, it is DELICIOUS!
