Intense hop aroma and lean malt balance in this West Coast IPA, The Eighth Chamber. A robust malt backbone made using cara and extra pale creates a slightly sweet biscuit base. Nothing but fresh Centennial hops added throughout the duration of the boil, whirlpool and in the dry hop make for a classic bitter West Coast IPA laden with fruity esters, zesty grapefruit, aromatic pine, sticky resin and dancing floral aroma.
