No triple fruiting, no lactose, we’ve stripped it right back to the traditional German style. 50% wheat in the grist, salt, coriander seed, a light souring and added twist of Norwegian Kveik make for a light, rounded and incredibly refreshing beer with a touch of clean citrus zest on the finish.
