Tasting Notes
Ursa Minor is a revised version of a Double IPA we brewed back in January, Ursa Major. It follows the same recipe but uses rolled oats as apposed to naked oats. The beer throws the exact same flavour punches as its predecessor but weighs in at a sessionable 4.5%. Ursa Minor has full and thick body just like a DIPA and is dry hopped with Sultana, Mosaic and Ekuanot bringing zesty bright tones of orange and lime, stone fruit flavours and aromas of juicy apricot, peach and dank tones.
