Job description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Webshop Lead to oversee our online retail operations and take charge of managing our subscription services. As a Webshop Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platform and enhancing the customer experience.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of getting the best out of team, experienced in e-commerce, who is looking for a new challenge within the hospitality industry.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our webshop, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Manage product listings, including uploading new items, updating pricing, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, including UX/UI enhancements and SEO optimization.
Customer Experience and Support:
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing feedback.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, leveraging data-driven insights.
Continuously monitor customer feedback and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
Monthly Beer Club Subscription Management:
Curate a diverse selection of craft beers for the monthly beer club subscription, considering customer preferences and trends.
Coordinate with the brew team, sales team and external suppliers to source exclusive beers and ensure timely delivery.
Manage subscription sign-ups, cancellations, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining customer records.
Create engaging content, including monthly newsletters, to accompany each beer club shipment.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the webshop and our subscription services with our Marketing Team.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers and address their concerns effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
Passion for craft beers and a good knowledge of the craft beer industry and trends.
Proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
Some packaging/warehouse experience.
Full, clean UK driving license (very desirable!)
Forklift license.
Experience of Shopify online software.
Stock management experience in any industry.
