North Taproom: Snow Hill is open!
The doors to our first taproom outside Leeds are officially open. Come and visit us at One Snow Hill, Birmingham.
The doors to our brand new taproom at Snow Hill opened on Friday 25th November at 3pm.
The new team were joined by experienced managers from Leeds venues Springwell and Snow Hill as they found their feet in the new taprooms.
Birmingham welcomed us brilliantly, with a queue of customers waiting outside and a flurry of photos on social media!
The beers have been flowing since we opened the doors! Collaborations with local breweries Attic and Dig have gone down a storm, with the breweries themselves popping in to try them on tap.
The taproom has 15 keg lines, 2 cask lines and 2 double fridges filled with cans.
Food at the new taproom is from Little Bao Boy. We have worked together since 2018 and are made up to be bringing them to Birmingham.
Pop in for fluffy steamed bao buns, crispy gyoza, restorative noodles and life changing loaded fries.
Food is served from early till late, and guests can eat in or grab it to go. Ideal for a working lunch!
The taproom has a small but perfectly curated list of cocktails, wines and spirits. Negroni and Aperol Spritz pour from the taps, and tequila verdita has started winning over new fans already!
North X Darkwoods coffee is served every weekday morning from 8am. Grab a takeaway on your way to the office, or bring your laptop to catch up on some emails.
At the weekends the taproom is a great place to relax with the weekend papers from 11am.
