TALLINN CRAFT BEER WEEKEND 2024
Our friends at Põhjala Brewery invited us to their summer extravaganza!
Our head brewer Seb was fortunate enough to be invited to attend the recent Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend in Estonia, one of Europe’s top beers festivals bringing together a brilliant array of local and international breweries. Festival guests came from all over, including Finland, Sweden, and other parts of Europe, as well as the UK.
The festival was organised by Põhjala, a renowned Estonian brewery with a significant presence across Europe. We previously collaborated with them to create a decadent 9% imperial stout, when their head brewer Martin popped over to Leeds to attend Springwell Sessions in September 2023.
Held in an old Soviet power station, the venue added a unique charm to the weekend and featured a variety of leading breweries from Europe, the United States and beyond. Among the attendees were Holy Mountain from Seattle, To Øl from Denmark, and No. 18 Brewing & Co. from China, who we have previously collaborated with.
We showcased several beers, including Futura, North x Paria, North x Ziemia Obiecana, TFG (Plum, Peach + Jasmine Tea), and Field Recordings x Bay Coffee.
