How did you come to work for North?
I’d finished uni and had tried an office job, knew it wasn’t for me and that I needed something more hands on and figured a brewery would be a good fit. I knew North had a good reputation so I just waited for the right opportunity to be advertised then got an application in.
What was your first memorable beer experience?
Honestly I don’t really drink so I’ll have to go with the first time I came to springwell. I was with a big group of people and everyone was trying different beers, very different to my usual pub experience.
What have you been listening to lately?
Been listening to quite a mix lately, Dave, Little Simz, Pale Waves, loving both Jamie T and Loyle Carner’s new stuff. Musical soundtracks and Sam Cooke are always in the rotation too.
Where is your fave spot for a drink?
It’s hard to beat Arcadia, good selection of beers and great place to just hang out with friends.
