The return of one of our favourite ever brews. Cast your mind back to 2020, when this strange new hop called HBC 692 started popping up. We took it and ran, making an IPA like no other we’d made before. Into the Merzbau is making its return and we couldn't be more happy about it! A pillowy soft single hop IPA featuring Talus in both CRYO and T90 form. Bouncing with flavours of coconut cream, lime zest and, hear us out, the white foamy part of Haribo love hearts.
