Fresh, bright and clean. Words you might not normally associate with a barley wine, but here we are. This is our collaboration with Good Things Brewing. A 10% Barley Wine that has really sent waves through the brewery. Made using Golden Promise, Cheveallier and Red Crystal malts as well as English Bullion hops, it’s a beer that keeps on giving. The backbone of this beer is its malts, they provide deep vanilla, bruised apple, warming spice, maple syrup flavours and a stunning clear mahogany colour. Whole leaf Bullion hops counter with fresh bitterness and juicy blackcurrant to finish.
