Tasting Notes
This is a super dry and light Brut IPA brewed with all European ingredients for the Citizens of Everywhere Project. We used Spanish grown Chinook along with German Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon. Both the malts and yeast were British. The combination of hops give a fruity vinous character, with a dry effervescent finish.
