A classic duo of Mosaic and Simcoe in the dry hop bring dank notes with fresh pine, whilst an early edition of Ekuanot during fermentation brings juicy saville orange and sharp pineapple. Backed up with a decent hit of bittering hops and smooth oaty body, Summon the Fire is the best of both worlds.
