OUR FIRST AWARD FOR FIELD RECORDINGS
A Hymn for the Fields picked up the Best New Beer award at The Brewers Journal Awards!
This beer has been a true highlight of 2022. We took inspiration from pivotal trips to Belgium, a place that has been hugely influential on us both at the brewery and at North Bar, to create a modern take on a Saison.
A Hymn for the Fields is an 8% Saison dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc and Talus. A co-pitch of farmhouse saison yeast and wine yeast boosts the vinous flavours and brings a light tartness.
