Field Recordings is an experimental side project from North Brewing.

Here we will be barrel ageing beer, fermenting beer in barrels, using mixes of yeast strains, exploring the use of locally grown ingredients, lacto-fermenting fruits before adding them to beer, looking at historic brewing techniques and seeing how we can translate these into modern styles.
